Behind Doo Prime stands a well-known company, Doo Holding. This is important information because Doo Holding has many subsidiaries and one of them is a software provider. So, what we expect to see on the Doo Prime website is an excellent platform, execution, and customer service.

This broker was established recently, in 2018. The offices are in London, Bahamas, Taipei, and Kuala Lumpur. We assume there will be a lot of improvement in the future, but for now, let’s see what we can get if we open an account at Doo Prime.

Trading Platform

Doo Prime offers the most popular platforms in the Forex world, MT4 and MT5. If you open an account, you will be able to enjoy different possibilities like special features, customisable interface, and optimisation for computers and mobile phones.

In addition to MetaTrader you can choose the VPS Forex trading host. We are talking about a third-party service that is free at Doo Prime. It will help you create a full-featured virtual host in cloud service using the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for desktop or mobile devices.

Account Types

Unlike excellent trading platforms, this broker did not put too much effort into creating different accounts. There are only two of them, an ENC account (Quantum) and an STP account (Classic).

In general, you receive the same things. The leverage from 1:1 to 1:400, the warning line 100%, and the strong fat line 30%. The minimum trading lot is 0.01, while the maximum order quantity of the account is unlimited. The only different thing is the minimum deposit. For Quantum Account it is $5000 and for Classic Account it is $100.

An excellent thing about accounts is the possibility to open free Demo. You will be able to familiarise yourself with everything, but Doo Prime limited the platform to MT4 only.

Customer Support

This is the part where we faced first disappointments from Doo Prime. Since this broker is a sister company to Doo Technology, a software provider, we expected to see different methods and possibilities on the website.

We will start with good things. The Help Center is neatly organised and it contains everything you need. Well, at least at first glance. There are Frequently Asked Questions and everything inside is organised into categories. So, if you have any questions about opening an account or choosing a wallet, you can find the answer here. There is also an option to search by keyword and easily find all the things that interest you.

The first disappointing is the lack of a contact form. If you have any questions, there is a phone number and you can call (you can choose between a number in the U.K. or Hong Kong). You can also send an email or use the Live Chat. The only fill in the form they have is a Call Back request.

The second disappointment is Live Chat. Since they do not provide constant support, you cannot expect to receive a reply instantly. You can leave a message and wait for a reply to your email. This wouldn’t be such a huge disappointment if Doo Prime did not mention customer centers are in Dallas, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Ho Chi Minh City, Mauritius, Seychelles, and Vanuatu. So, when you see that someone has nine different service centers, of course, you expect constant support.

Deposits and Withdrawals

This part is very interesting. Not because of many different methods, but because of missing information. Doo Prime doesn’t say a single thing about deposits and withdrawals. You won’t be able to see things like methods, speed, and fees. Not even in the Terms and Conditions.

The only thing you can see are PIP value, leverage, spread, and transaction time. All of that is written in one page on the website, Trading Product Terms. Aside from that, there is no other information.

Unfortunately, we will continue with disappointments. This time due to the lack of education segment. Let us be straightforward, Doo Prime does not offer any educational material.

The company does provide an Information Center, but the only thing there are Press Releases and articles about changes on the website. There is also a Weekly Economic Calendar, Important Information and News, but you won’t be able to find educational material.

As you can see, our experience with Doo Prime is not that good. Yes, there is an excellent platform, but you can find MetaTrader in other places, too. Everything else this broker offers cannot satisfy the needs of one trader, even if you are a beginner.
