CryptoRocket is owned and operated by CryptoRocket Limited, a company from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. It is a Cryptocurrency, Forex and CFD broker that was established in 2019. Apparently, they are new in the Forex market, but let’s see if they already found their place at the top. First of all, they offer 55 cryptocurrency trading pairs and 64 stocks. Not good, not terrible. But we will have in mind that they exist for just one year, so there is plenty of time for improvement and growth.

Once you take a look at their website, everything looks just fine at first glance. They have been featured in some of the most popular magazines like Forbes and Entrepreneur. Also, they won two prizes for best cryptocurrency broker. But behind all that shine and glory lies the truth. Unfortunately, they are not regulated.

If we set aside that fact and focus on some offers they have, we can say they are doing their best to gain new clients. Starting from the deposit, there is no minimum amount. You can deposit as much as you want. Maximum leverage is 1:500 and there is a possibility to open a Demo account for free. So, let’s see if all those offers are worth our time.

Trading Platform

Trading platforms is one of the most important things and CryptoRocket apparently knows that. They offer the MT4 trading platform with full features. Both web and downloadable options are at your disposal. This platform is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux and you do have the possibility to download it on your mobile device.

Now that we have mentioned full features, let’s see what we have at disposal. If you decide to open an account, you will be able to enjoy trading signals, free code base with technical indicators, built-in analytical tools, copy trading, quick trading, and automated trading. Not bad at all.

Account Types

When it comes to accounts, you won’t be able to choose much. You can create Live Account and start trading, or you can sign into a Demo Account. That’s it.

The demo account is an excellent opportunity for everyone since sometimes all of us need a little bit of practice first. CryptoRocket offers it for free, which is great. So, if you are new to Forex trading may be the best thing you can do is open a Demo account and once you get familiarised with their trading platform, you can make a deposit.

Customer Support

Oftentimes, we focus on things like deposits and trading platforms and we forget how important it is to have polite and responsive customer support. Luckily, CryptoRocket values their clients so they decided to provide constant support in three different ways.

They have a Live Chat, fill in form and phone-call option. Their agents are responsive, indeed. We got a reply within a minute, so you can always count on their assistance. If you wish to talk to them, simply schedule the time that suits you the most, and they will call you.

They really made sure each client has support when needed and we appreciate that.

Deposit and Withdrawal

There are three ways to make a deposit. You can choose to do it with a Credit or Debit card (only Visa and Mastercard), Bitcoin and Wire Transfer. They made the process quite simple, so if you wish to make a deposit just log in to your account and click on the Deposits option. You have to choose the depositing method, currency and enter the amount. There is no minimum or maximum amount required, so if you want you can deposit $1.

Once you decide to withdraw funds, there is only one way to do it, Bitcoin. We are a little surprised they didn’t offer more withdrawal methods, but the positive thing is that everything is very fast. As soon as they approve your request, withdrawals should arrive in an hour or less depending on blockchain traffic.

When you go to the main page on their website, there is a Guide section in the menu bar. Trading education is extremely important. It doesn’t matter whether you are an experienced trader or a beginner, you have to learn new things constantly to stay on the track. That said, we were excited to see they have guides on the website. Unfortunately, the excitement didn’t last long, since those guides are just step-by-step explanations on how to deposit and withdraw funds.

Yes, they can save you a lot of time since you don’t have to look by yourself how to deposit, but it would be nice of them to provide their clients with some educational books.

As you can see, they are doing their best to provide clients with excellent customer service and different trading assets and we really appreciate that. Unfortunately, nothing of that can change the fact that CryptoRocket is not a regulated broker, and for many people that is the most important thing.
