From what we’ve seen so far, Commerce Wealth is a pretty shady broker company. The image
we’ve learned about is less than reputable, with over a dozen of former clients complaining
about its poor services online. However, this isn’t so obvious at a first glance, which is why we
can understand that many of the clients were fooled into thinking they would have a promising
and influential experience with this company when it comes to earning profits and diversifying portfolios. So, whether you should still trade with this company or not is entirely up to you.
However, our guess is, since you are reading this review, you probably have an idea about the
bad times you would be having here. Nevertheless, let’s dig deeper into this Commerce Wealth
review so you could have a clearer image of all its services and abilities – or lack thereof, to be
precise.

Regulation

Right off the bat, we decided to check if this company owns a license or not. Sadly, Commerce
Wealth is not a regulated company, which draws a whole other set of disadvantages. For
starters, you can never be certain about whether the company is scamming you. You can’t even
get to a regulatory body to protect your rights as an individual trader, since there isn’t any to
oversee the company’s operations and business practices. So, we would advise you to think
long and hard before deciding to trade with this kind of company – because you can never know
what waits for you on the other side.

Trading Platform

The trading platform features at this company are not half bad – this we have to admit. There are
over 1200 tradeable instruments available, so you won’t have any trouble finding the ones that
suit your portfolio and your trading strategy the most. They are divided into classes you are
used to – Forex, stocks, commodities, cryptos, and so on. So, it is quite simple to find what you
are looking for to benefit your portfolio and trading future in the long run.

When it comes to the trading platform at its core, you should probably opt for a smart and
beneficial solution such as the Meta Trader. This type of platform is pretty strong on security and
you will have no trouble finding your way around. Also, your assets and data will be safe at all
times, which is why all the reputable broker companies today are implementing these solutions
into their business operations.

The reason we are telling you this is because there are two options for your trading platform
needs at this company – and neither is MT4 or MT5. The first one is called CWTrader and you
can download it on any device, which is great. However, in reality, the platform does not offer a
lot of features, which is quite disappointing. The platform is intuitive and the design is
impeccable, but the overall experience is still bleak.

There is a lot of clicking that you will need
to do to get to where you need to be, which takes away the whole point of an easy-access
platform. This is unacceptable, especially today when the industry is taking such a fast pace, so
you need to keep updated with everything that is going on. You simply can’t afford to slack or be
held back by a slow platform. Don’t you agree?

The other option for a trading platform is the Web Trader, and it comes with features of its own.
But you should keep in mind that the web-based version is never as good as the real deal. First,
you cannot download it anywhere, which is a huge disadvantage. You can only access it
through your browser. This platform option is also a lot slower, so you will have to brace yourself
and have a lot of patience. Overall, these two options sort of roll into one in the end – and it still
isn’t enough for a satisfying trading experience.

Account Types

There is a total of six account types that Commerce Wealth offers to its clients, which is a great
deal. There are a lot of options that will suit your trading needs and budget, not to mention your
experience and the things you would like to achieve in the future as an independent trader.
However, when you dig deeper and investigate each of them, you will learn that the value for
money is less than satisfying. Namely, the Starter account, which is the most basic one, requires
you to deposit a minimum of $1.000. What’s that all about? In addition, there is no indication
about further features that you will get with each one of them.

In fact, there is no evident difference between these six account types except for the minimum
deposit requirement, which goes as high as $100.000 for the VIP account. The thing that took
us by surprise the most is the complete lack of any educational material at this company. This
implies that Commerce Wealth kind of expects you to come prepared. This excludes a huge
group of traders who are just starting out. With proper guidance and dedication, they could
become trading champions. However, it seems to us that this company is not interested in
encouraging them to do so, which is a real shame.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The most commonly used payment method you will find here is the e-wallet, specifically Bitcoin.
This is the easiest and safest option to use, so it is always a good idea. No matter if you want to
process a deposit or a withdrawal of any amount, you will be able to do so in just a few minutes.
In fact, all deposits are processed within a few minutes, while withdrawals are a different story.
Also, if you are into more traditional payment options, you can try bank wire transfer or credit
and debit cards. However, keep in mind that you will have to wait up to 7 business days for your
transaction to be processed by the Commerce Wealth team, and then approved by your bank.
Who has that kind of time?

In addition, we were quite disappointed to learn that many clients experienced severe delays
when it comes to processing withdrawal requests. Some even reported that their requests have
been canceled without explanation! Also, some had to pay fees and commissions on certain
transactions, which is strange since there is no warning about that anywhere on the website.

Customer Support

The company website lists several communication channels that you can use to reach out to
Commerce Wealth agents and get assistance at any time. This includes the weekends, too. So,
no matter where you are or in which time zone, you will be able to find someone to help you. Or
at least, that’s what they are claiming. In reality, things are a bit different here as well.

The live chat option will pop up so much on the website that you will wish you never visited it in
the first place. However, if you decide to check it out and use it, you will be disappointed to learn
that there is no one on the other end. The bot will only send you some general response about
getting back to you, but that won’t ever happen. Then, you can also choose the telephone
number option, but the lines seem to be busy all the time. Lastly, the e-mail option is here only
for show, since we are still waiting for a response. Hint: it’s been more than a week, and we still
didn’t get anything back from them.

Conclusion

In the end, there isn’t much we could tell you about Commerce Wealth to keep your spirits up.
This company is clearly only present in the industry to scam you out of everything you have, and
you should steer clear of it. We are astonished to find that it is still up and running considering
that it does not own any license. This is unacceptable, and the clients should be aware of this
fact before they decide to trade with this kind of brand. If you ask us, there are far better trading
companies at any corner, but Commerce Wealth is certainly not one of them.
